Jocelyn, could you not also take company projection of .22c share, based on sales of 4.8 mil with 4500 subscriptions, and multiply .22c x 120% ( 5400 divided by 4500 ) to get 26.4c share?!!!

Jocelyn,

Your analysis looks just fine to me.

The only adjustments I'd make is with the taxes and shares outstanding. I believe that the tax rate will be closer to 25% and from what I've seen from the most recent insider trading reports, we are now over 10 million fully diluted.

Using your model, I calculate earnings of 22 cents/share for 1999.
