I can't comment much, as I'm rarely home to see the market trade. I did last Friday, and at the end of day, MLCO was both on the bid and ask. Whether they were accumulating or not, who knows? But I've always felt that there has been some peculiar trading with the stock, like it's been held back at times to allow for accumulation or entry at a lower price. Some big MM's with this one.

Another thing I've considered is the company's buyback plan. They still wished to buy more shares in '99; question is, are they done yet? If not, I could see why they want the MM's to put a leash on the stock. In contrary to this point, the co has put out some press releases (albeit not that well written). If they were still buying shares, I'd doubt they would issue a release.

Just my babble,

x
