I voted NO on the reverse split and NO on increasing the amount of shares. If management can't tell us their reasoning for the stock reverse split and at the same time, increase the number of shares......then I voted NO.

Show me one "successful" reverse split and I'll show you 100 that turned out to be disasters. They are almost always detrimental to shareholder value. Vote NO.....I will.
