Too bad that THQ doesn't have the WWF license already - Attitude looks like it will be huge for Akklaim.

From WWF.com:

Almost seven million people watched Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock and Vince McMahon take on the Undertaker, Triple H and Shane McMahon last Monday night on RAW – making it the most watched match in the history of Monday night wrestling and sports entertainment!

Bolstered by an incredible 9.2 rating for the main event and hourly ratings of 7.8 and 8.4, this week's episode of RAW made cable-television history with an 8.1 rating! The show, which has been maintaining an amazing average rating of between a 6 and a 7, proved once again why it is the number-one program on cable television, setting an all-time high!

"This is really amazing," said Scott Basilotta, Federation Manager of Affiliate Relations. "This is just a great performance. We now stand among the highest-rated shows in the history of cable television."

For comparison's sake, the basketball playoff game which aired opposite RAW on another national cable network earned a dismal 1.3 rating for the head-to-head period, meaning that Federation Attitude drew over six times as many viewers as the NBA!
