Jack: No need to replay the history and numerous disappointments we have endured over many years. Having said that, I am at last hopeful because Mike McKay has taken a hands-on, get-it-done right, methodical approach. No one has spoken ill of Mr. McKay, and he has all the markings of being our "savior." If not him, then no one, and we will crash and burn in a smothering of shareholder lawsuits that engulf current management, and ultimately the company's viability.

Mike McKay also knows this. But there he is, down at the mill, braving the weather and the desert, personally funding the operation, separated from his family, and leaving others to run his insurance business while he is away. You must ask yourself if anyone would pay this very high price if there was no confidence in eventual success, and also an eventual payback in spades!!! I think not.

So, be "sour" if the spirit moves you in that direction. For myself, I am feeling better about this investment than I have for many years.

I agree with you, Dick Jensen should return the shares, until the value of the catalyst can be quantified and it is used in continuous production. Who knows, it might be worth twice six million shares. The point being, it can't be quantified without use, and until that occurs, it has no value to GPGI whatsoever. I sent him an e-mail expressing this opinion, to which he did not reply. However, I have no doubt that Dick will return the shares if the catalyst is not used. First, he said he would and second, he knows a lawsuit or the SEC would eventually force him to give up possession of those ill-awarded shares.

I believe Jensen is honest, but I feel in the past he relied too heavily on unverified and questionable assays, optimistic (but unproven) mill reports, and information obtained second hand. His fault is the failure to manage in the first person IMO. Mike McKay has not fallen ill to this proclivity. Nor will he, IMO. Too much is at stake for him. I'm betting victory is at hand.

Regards,

Jeff
