I think you found a more current version of the one I had seen. Lots of great stuff there, though my thinking has changed on some of the ideas. One of the great things about this thread, and about life as a trader, is that you get to pick the great ideas and approaches that really work for you as an individual.

Not to start last weekend's vast metaphysical debate again (did we ever get a good price for IBM nailed?) but the (ok....somewhat...)random nature of the markets does allow for us to each develop our own strategy, and actually make money at it. Nothing more satisfying than doing it your own way. I'll actually give up a chunk of income (no...not all of it..) to be able to think that I did it with my own unique strategy, than with someone else's.

Glad to see you finally come out with both barrels blasting, Herm. And no, I most certainly don't want to be relegated to mutual funds. The most recent dents on my forehead are from falling asleep with books about options...
