JBE, from what I gather about 3.1MM shares were sold as part of a secondary offering in March, but there are still approximately 52.9MM shares outstanding, and the float is only 28.5MM shares. That's a pretty big overhang because it says that only about 54% of the shares are actually traded.

As I said, I don't follow this company, so may information may be dated or may be incorrect.
