I see you are up late counting your unrealized gains also!

I have emailed datek in the past about this, I concluded that they sucked and sold what SNRS I had with them (then bought triple that amount in my other account)... Bought CSCO with the freed up Buying Power!

According to Datek at the time, they were required to have SNRS as "NM". When I brought up the fact that I had another broker who allowed SNRS to be marginable, they quit responding to my email.

Does the panel make its recommendation in July or begin its research then. If the latter, how long does it usually take to make a decision. Also, once approval is recommended, how long does it usually take to get the final approval from the FDA?
