NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 12, 1999--

SAP America, Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of SAP AG (NYSE: ADR SAP) the
world's leading provider of enterprise business solutions, today announced that
Westell, Inc., a rapidly growing provider of telecommunications products and
services, has replaced a number of disparate information systems and

The full-scale implementation of SAP R/3(R) financials, manufacturing,
planning, and sales and distribution applications for the $100 million
telecommunications company was completed March 1, one month ahead of
schedule and under budget.

Westell worked with SAP (Ya gotta love that one. It shoulda read "SAP invetsted in Westell" LOL ) Certified Business Solution provider Missana &
Associates, Inc. and selected Cybertech Systems, Inc., one of the
fastest-growing IT service providers in the United States and SAP national
implementation partner, to manage the project. The implementation completes
the first phase of a comprehensive systems reengineering strategy, ranging
from new human resources processes to complete supply chain integration.

"Westell has experienced tremendous growth over the past few years," says
Brian Marshall
( Damn shame the price don't reflect that Brian! , chief information officer at Westell, headquartered in Aurora, Ill.
"When we first considered implementing an enterprise-wide system, our
infrastructure and information systems were about what you'd expect from the
$50 million company we were a few years ago. We didn't have the
technological infrastructure to take the company to the next level."

Pd: How those charts looking ? Yesterday was a little disappointing, but are we close to where we have to be for breakout after today ?

Of course earnings 5/17 (if correct date) and CC on May 20 (ditto) could change everything one way or the other.

Thx in advance.

Regards,

Dave

pd: re: your comments a few days ago: <<<Namely the hourly stoch and DMI going positive. DMI needs the green to cross red and blue to go up ( for trend indication). If these happen with the other parameters, bingo. New move.>>>>

Are we close ?

any chart input would be appreciated.

Like the groove we are in here.

AOL conference should yield more excitement in broadband/DSL tomorrow...

BTW did you hold that position you just took ?

Regards,

Dave
