Paul,

Are you a little concerned with the Pentium SSE performance?

I am somewhat surprised by the lack of 3DNow announcements. Unless otherwise coerced, it would be an obvious choice for a software developer to do a 3DNow port at the same time as an SSE port.

Intel would never resort to coercion however.

Re: "Are you a little concerned with the Pentium SSE performance?"

Paul, maybe you don't undrstand the future of the graphics market, but I can assure you that SSE, or, for that matter 3DNow!, is not it. That's why Intel is going to companies like Scumbria's for technology. That's why Intel has initiated its own graphics chip effort, which so far has been pretty unsuccessful.
