Not sure how high QQQ bp can go. Over 70% is considered over bought. Did see that NYSE bp has been as high as 92% over the last 45 years. QQQ is new so I am not sure how high it can go in extreme cases. Since previous high was 68% if QQQ bp hits 70% you will have a Bull Confirmed and an over bought market. Not the same as a Bull Confirmed from a 30% level. In fact caution should be used if the BP does signal a Bull Confirmed at the 70% level.
