M, did you see this?

Neocon, sorry I was so abrupt the other night.
I used to be a very politically involved person. I did a lot of work on behalf of the party and a couple of other organizations. After a while, I recognized that I was deeply in the minority, and as such my efforts were bearing no fruit. I'd done more than my fair share, so I went into a more passive role, mostly giving money and voting a straight Libertarian ticket. I think we could argue here until the cows come home, and reach no resolution. I must say that it's doubtful that I'll do much with the Republicans. It's extremely unlikely that I'll ever vote for them unless they radically change a few of their positions which are diametrically opposed to individual freedom. For instance, if Ron Paul ran for nationwide office I'd have to give serious consideration to voting for him. I've already voted for him once, he's a respectable guy.

Anyway, the point of this long winded note is that I'm going to tone down my posting on this thread, and reassume the passive role to which I had become accustomed. I just wanted you to know it's nothing personal to do with you. I just want to focus on accumulating more money.
