Not so fast.
I support this as a minor giveback to those who oppose legalization of drugs. My point of view is that one should be allowed to use drugs/alcohol, but when they put others at excessive risk (as I gave an example of here), they are in violation of their right to use, since they put others at risk.
I do oppose roadblocks. That is like burning a town because one man committed a crime. Why inconvenience many people to find a few perpetrators? That is unreasonable.
On the other hand, erratic behavior (weaving, running lights, speeding, going too slow) on the road is usually an indication of bigger problems.
