Doug, I don't see how a consolidation is going to make any difference whatsoever on any games going on by MAC, TD and the Mongolian courts. Those three are driving the car, and MGR's consolidation would just be a tire change, i.e. after the tire change, MGR's shareholders still wouldn't have the foggiest clue where the car is going. Until the car's engine (POG) stops sputtering, I don't see that the car is going anywhere very fast -- so question the point of changing the tires.
