Seems that Bloomberg isn't up to date. I turned up the "holdings by company" (HDC) but there are no traces the Fidelity and some other investments. Heartland is mentioned there with 9.8%.

For what it's worth:

Fidelity Low Price Stock Fund semiannual report; as of 1/31/99 shows 3,217,330 shares (not ADR's) held. This would be about 4.7% ownership at that time.
