jla, I do not know what to think. Here is the dilemma I keep coming back to solve:
Starr never accused Clinton of criminal perjury.
Wright only did so within this last 6? weeks.
If you haven't been charged, how can you offer a defense?
Without considering a defense, how can we be so certain of our interpretation of events?
To be so certain of our judgement without all the facts, we must be deliberately uninterested in the truth.

Now, were Clinton to pull a rabbit out of thin air at the appeals, wouldn't you want to be checking his sleeves, his hat, his butt, on an informed basis, rather than blindsided and made the fool? I feel I'm being made the fool, by Know Nothing Clinton haters who will pull the country apart, again just for asking the above.

The only thing in me that says this action wasn't criminal is logic, yet I am under the impression the case is yet incomplete of facts. I could be wrong.
