I don't think AAPL would be interested in buying PRGS - I think AAPL has managed to pull themselves around by concentrating on the core revenue generators and I dont think theres enough value add in purchasing PRGS.

Its a fun subject though trying to speculate on possible suitors for PRGS - especially at these prices.

It was rumored a year or so ago that MSFT was interested. Can t see it as burning issue for MSFT - nothing that PROGRESS has that MSFT needs THAT badly is there ?

Perhaps PRGS could be useful for IBM - Apptivity/Java suite could be a tempting carrot.
