Regards BNYN, I have taken a look at the Software.com (SWCM) S-1. While the deal has not yet been priced, SWCM is looking to raise $69.0 MM. If we assume that they sell off 20% of the company, the remaining 80% is worth $276.0 MM, of which BNYN owns 3.9%, or approximately $10.764 MM. Assume that SWCM triples when it IPOs, discount that amount by 40% for liquidity and tax concerns, and you are left with $19.375 MM that is applicable to BNYN. That works out to about $1 per share, hardly enough to move the stock. The SWCM S-1 can be found at:
