Has anyone successfully d/l'd brokerage statements into MSFT Money 99? I continually get "connection timed out b/c bank did not respond in time." Are there certain hours when the statement d/l doesn't work (or does)?

Amex statements d/l perfectly; waterhouse is a huge pain.

Do you have to hold IPO's for 30 days at least? E*trade has rules against flipping. I wonder if WH has similar rules. Since WH requires $50k to participate in any IPO (E*trade only requires $1.5k), I guess the rules are less strict?
