Trading halt? C'mon. There's a lot of time between now and July 1st. This would have been more impressive if the agreement would have been done weeks ago, with the initial drawdown _B4_ the AGM.

This certainly sounds like VG news, but c'mon, this is a bb, no halt.
Just some buzz for the AGM. What was the infamous Cuba Gooding quote?
