PPI was very friendly to bonds and consequently
to stocks. Dollar also holding recent gains.
My guess as to how this will play out is that
bonds will continue to drift upward until Tuesday
potentially tacking on another point for a 121 handle
on the Jun bond contract. If the bonds pop higher
after the FOMC meeting Tuesday that results in no
action (my current expectation), sellers should
reemerge, pushing the bond back to 5.75% or higher.
