<CYOE> NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., May 12 (Reuters) - Information technology company SM&A Corp. said
Wednesday it appointed Edward Beeman as its new chief financial officer, replacing Steven Mast who has
resigned to pursue other career opportunities.

Most recently, Beeman was the executive vice president and chief financial officer for Coyote Network
Systems Inc. (CYOE - news), according to the company.

Beeman is the "honest" CFO who would not sign fraudulant financials at <CYOE> and resigned. He just landed a new job. Good for him.
