I had a conversation yesterday with Jim, in the IR dept of PMTC. Cool dude. He thinks short term investors will be pleased with earnings, but longer term investors will be even more pleased. They have done several deals this quarter which should bring in some good revenue, he says. I think he was telling the truth, seemed pretty sincere on the phone. And the news is public information anyway. I think i'm gonna make some good dough with this one.

I'm not confused. Average shares per trade was around 1900, equaling around 23K a trade. Not big money but higher than normal. I went long today because PMTC looks poised for a breakout. I don't have Level II but I was following the trades most of the day. Alot of 5 and 6K trades going through. I think others are seeing what I'm seeing and the MM's are holding the price down until the institutions are full. I'm hoping they remain hungry for another week or so and we move up gradually before the pop. That way I make more money. Actually, they can move up slowly for the next 6 months and I'll make even more money. But, we all know, PMTC doesn't stand still for very long. That is why traders like this stock.
