I have it on good authority that JXM is very happy:-)

I think that the more important message was that CSCO does not see Y2K to be a hindrance to future earnings. This was something that I strongly suspected, but I was surprised to hear it as part of the guidance.

Most were very surprised with the 2:1, and as you know, it does not have any real effect on the valuation. The speculation is that the reason that it was a 2:1 is that LU recently did a 2:1 and CSCO wants to mirror stock price and float. Pure speculation though.
