Chisy - Re.: "...What does all of this mean?...
Means nothing, if you are a long term investor like Mooter is. I like to understand reasons for the abnormal trading behavior of stocks. Yesterday was one of those days. The bid price kept dropping in a matter of minutes. 100K shares were dumped in a hurry. Reasons? The (Dennis') best lead we came up with is the S3/A filing of May 11, yesterday. Did it help? No need for concerns. Ram

Chisy, Ram noted that VLNC was trading "funny" yesterday. I noticed a slight sell off around 1430, as was seen by others. A while later, it came to our attention that the expected notice of delay in the shelf registration was filed as an S3-A. Since some traders sell on news, it was inferred that traders or marketmakers were messing with the spreads, volume and price at the time, and that this was possibly related to the filing.
