Reuben, I think "vcall" is actively preparing a full analyst's report on NNCI which will include the information from the SEC Filing (in the process of being completed). I can guarantee that their target price is going to be substantially higher than the current NNCI price of <$4. I predict a move for NNCI from the OTCBB exchange to a full NASDAQ listing within 6 months. The Internet Mutual Fund Managers (like Munder NETNET) are chomping at the bit to pick up shares in undervalued Internet companies like NNCI (since the mainstream Net Stocks are trading at such high valuations), but currently don't invest in OTCBB stocks because of disclosure & liquidity issues. I think this stock has great long term potential. Frank
