Thanks, I found that thread. That will probably be a pain to resolve. I'm not so sure they can sue her though since she is in Italy although I think she may have some US based assets which could make things tricky. Cobalt would know better, but I remember when the SEC wanted to go after a Hong Kong based inside info trader and they couldn't unless he agreed to let them prosecute. Ho, ho ho, good luck. -g- But in that case it was also common business practice to trade based on inside info and there were no local laws against it.
