A few days ago, I received an ad for James DiGeorgia's 21st Century Investor newsletter. He listed ICOS's board members, without naming the stock naturally, and went on to say "the instant you see incredibly wealthy, powerful men like these sitting on the Board of a teensy little company, you know something big, HUGE has to be brewing behind the scenes. The setup SCREAMS "money." I did a web search on Alta Vista, found the confluence of three of the board members and the mystery name was revealed: ICOS! This newsletter encouragement may have some influence on market action. Bill Peavey
