Guys,

I just got a copy of the financials off of ZSUN's web site. Most interesting. I have to go out for a good hunk of the day but will try to post some commentary about this package later. You all may have already hit the "high points" by the time I get back...

These financials need to be recast into a Form 10-SB, or something similar in order to be filed with the SEC. I believe that ZSUN needs to provide a lot more information to do this. See EDGAR for definitions.

I'll say one thing for Francois - he posts under his own name, as do I. I tend to trust someone who does not hide behind a "nickname".

But...now that we all know his "bonafides", does he have any "history"? I looked through his posts on SI a day or two ago (when he first started in on TNL) and I was interested to see that he has been "anti-tout" as often as he has been "pro-". The question that I am asking myself is whether he is a paid front man for "them", or a guy who merely has some strong opinions (including some about my sexual orientation...). In the first scenario he is a crook, but in the other scenario he is merely "overly emotionally involved". What I'm really asking is whether he has a history of securities fraud?

Personally, it is irrelevant that he lives in the Cayman Islands, although I definitely don't want to live there. Anyway, the crux of the issue is ZSUN and not Francois.
