NEW YORK, May 12 (Reuters) - J.P. Morgan said Wednesday
it raised its rating on Bellwether Exploration Co. to buy from
market performer.

-- Upgrades based on factors that include stronger than expected first quarter earnings report, strong
near-term exploration program, potential for an accretive acuisition.

-- Estimates target price of $8 per share.
-- Shares off 1/4 at 4-5/8.

It will get even better. NEXT week crude levels won't go down as much as the ANALysts predict, but gas and distillate levels will go down much more than predicted. Prices will tank again as "U.S. Oil Supplies Swell".

In the bigger picture total stocks rose about half as much as the most conservative ANALyst estimate. They missed the boat again.

All this extra oil and gasoline yet gas pump prices continue to rise.
