Well I suppose that indirectly lends more credibility to his statements on the broadcast; if you are under supboena, you sure aren't going to publicly announce "signed contracts" if you don't have them, would you?

Good morning Mr. D! Looking forward to 30th in Tahoe. Just a comment to add on the recent sales of shares by some investors. Personally I look at current share sales as healthy for our future. The people that are most likely selling are people that have been in for a while. I clearly see our future is a bright one. It is a good time for the nervous to get out so when this thing really runs it will not be slowed. The share price holding up at this level is a good sign IMHO. You are also correct in saying, why would Chin say anything not factual when so much is at stake. Why would anyone think differently? No Hype, Just MHO. Mr. Fish
