Armen, My first post on this thread, some 2 1/2 months ago, was to aver my opinion that AT&T could not afford to offer Voice over Net for fear of cannibalizing their existing revenue stream. May I continue to remind the thread of this fact. As I posted the other day, because the existing Long Distance Telcos can not afford to undercut their own current revenue base, they can only hope to slow VoNet's acceptance, until they are forced into it. But this will give IDTC valuable time, and it is precisely why IDTCs value, to a non Long Distance Telco, (i.e. RBOCs or ISPs), increases almost daily. Jules
