Paunch, like I said, they should check with me. They may need to move a couple of decimal places on the bid. Maybe they should also check with Chuca, who is a renowned expert on decimals <bg>. (I have his original cracked decimal jar, and can testify that it is indeed full of decimals. It is one of my most prized possessions).

Re: financing news--Think about one other thing. This company is sort of a pig in a poke until the COC results come back. Why wouldn't the funding source wait until COC before committing $30 million? Do ya think maybe the funding source got a peek at what is coming down the pike? BTW, nothing wrong with them doing this, so long as they do not trade on it. FWIW
