Ryan,

I'm beginning to get used to this now; I'm not sweating today (it's about 60 here in San Diego).

Try this link. Click on "education."

David Wright has pointed out that Stochastics signal earlier than RSI, but give more false signals, so that it is wise to confirm with RSI or some such. So far, my studies show him to be correct. As for the rest, Herm's presentation -- a link to which showed up in his last post to Intelligent Speculator -- covers it. You may have to go to the Microsoft web sight to download a PowerPoint viewer, but it's free.

Last I checked the puts were at bid 1 1/16. But Edify is charging back -- down only 1/2 RT a few minutes ago. Latest rumor is a press conference at 11AM, which would be now if EDT.

YEEEEHAAAAAW!

Tuck

Ryan,

Go to this URL for a good short course in the indicators IQC uses, including stochastics and MACD

iqc.com

The best practical book for use of these indicators as a day trader that I have found is Jake Bernstein's "The Compleat Day Trader". I have mentioned this book so many times, I think I'm going to call Jake and ask for a commission from him. :)

I just signed up for IQCs real time chart service. $25 per month plus exchange fees. Already paid for 6 months of it on one trade, watching the 1 minute chart. Ya gotta love it! They got a good review out of the latest Stocks & Commodities too, and it looks like they will be adding real-time option charts soon.

Ryan,
Previously, on this thread the following websites were recommended for those of us that needed more information of Technical Analysis.

decisionpoint.com

e-analytics.com

I printed pages and pages of Good Stuff.

Also I found a number of interesting/educational articles at
traders.com
I believe these came from the Archives section.

If you go to
nerdworld.com

Hope this helps! /Dick
