I just got off the phone with Victor @ Discover (he works in reorg Department) He said the Depository Trust Holding Company rejected the request to exercise warrants because no information/guidelines were provided with the warrants. I "emphatically" requested (that's putting it nicely) that he do what I asked him to last week and call Myrna Singer at Transfer Online.com.
