Petr56,

I agree wholeheartedly, which is why we should all hope for the watered down version of the KYL bill, NASD listing, separation from the porn business and another banner quarter. the next 4-8 weeks will be very important.

Good luck.

Petr56,

Respectfully, I have to disagree. Small investors took Starnet from less than a dollar to 17 and now back to 9. An earning surprise will move this stock with or without the NASDAQ.
When the porn sites are gone, when we are on the NASAQ, when the result of pending legislation is clearer, we will have a chance with institutions. Even then the small float will be disconcerting to mutual fund managers.

MY ideal scenario:

Porn sold this quarter

Earnings 10 cents a share or better

A stock split to increase the float(presumes a healthy price increase!)

NASDAQ listing by end of June

All but the stock split are likely in the next two months, IMO.
I believe the KYLE bill is conservative right grandstanding and will never be signed into law. The states will regulate and tax, each with its own laws enforced to the the extent they can be enforced. Many on line casinos will comply voluntarily, many off shore casinos will not, as is presently the case.

I feel the stock will be much higher and probably with many of these issues settled before there is significant institutional involvement. When they come they will certainly move the stock, but my guess is it will be from 50 to 200, rather than from 9 to 50.

For me the action is now.

Caveat: Twenty years ago on a merchant ship I spent several nights listening to a "horse player" tell stories about great times at west coast tracks, winning and losing, but mostly about winning. One night late we were leaning on the rail watching the sun go down and thinking about going to bed. We hadn't spoken for a few moments when he said:

Got a hunch?

Bet a bunch.

Sleep in the streets.
