I believe the company is called ArtX. It is a bunch of former employees from SGI who left to create a startup. Alot of them used to work on the current Nintendo graphics chipset. At one point SGI was suing them but that may have been settled.

ActX was a silicon graphics spin off. they were comprised of the original engineers that designed the graphics chip for the N64. When SGI castrated the project they went off and formed their own thing. But they seem to still be using ActX chip. A friend of mine went up there for an interview a couple of weeks ago and was shown some next gen stuff. They didn't specifically say Nintendo, but with nintendo paraphelinia all over the place, you get the picture...
