To all shareholders, In response to many calls and e-mails that I have had, let me tell you my understanding of the 3 for 1 consolidation of shares. Following the news release on Tuesday, Larry Youell called me and gave me his solemn word that the consolidation is absolutely dead. David Robinson has told you on SI that it is overwith. Both of them are sending me verification legally from attorneys that the rollback will be killed at the AGM. We should commend Larry Youell and David Robinson for these actions. I will let you know what our attorneys say upon review of the verification. This is important to save our stock. Everyone still vote NO on the proxy just to make sure.
