This is the post concerning GoOn-line.com which i said this morning that i would post tonight. This is information from various sources which i've used to show the similarities in the business plans of Jones Naughton and online retailer Cybershop (CYSP). I think this will give everyone an idea of some of the things we could be hearing from JNNE in the future and the potential that exists. Words in italics are my thoughts. Regular script is excerpts from the accompanying urls. Bold script highlights that which i believe is interesting and, perhaps, significant. 1. The management of Jones Naughton and its subsidiary, GoOn-line.com, are actively pursuing cooperative marketing alliances with major Internet search engines, Internet service providers , and leading Internet marketing companies. By committing to revenue-sharing agreements, Jones Naughton expects to quickly team up with some of the largest ISPs, Search Engines, and Internet Portals over the next few months. Concurrently, GoOn-line.com has applied for credit processing and financial services through Yahoo's business services division. GoOn-line.com is completing this, and other back-office set-up requirements, so as to be E-commerce ready for GoOn-line.com's launch next month. GoOn-line.com believes sufficient transaction fees will be made by Yahoo on GoOn-line's sales so as to open the door for additional business relationships with Yahoo. exchange2000.com 2. Online retailer CyberShop has agreed to pay Yahoo to be featured on several categories in the portal's shopping channel. "It could be a big deal. It's hard to tell," said Adam Giansiraceusa, an analyst at C.E. Unterberg Towbin who follows CyberShop. "These are the kinds of deals they need to do to make their numbers."cbs.marketwatch.com 3. Through an alliance with America Online, CyberShop is an anchor tenant in the department store area of AOL's shopping channel.Would Jones Naughton have anything to offer AOL? Well, let's see. Cybershop had 1998 sales of 4.8 million. Guthy-Renker had sales of 350 million. hoovers.com 4. This chart demonstrates the volatility of internet penny stocks. The risk is tremendous, but so is the reward. quote.yahoo.com James
