I don't know if any of you follow VTPI, but it has made a small run. They are on the Lockheed Martin GSA Schedule, and LM was just awarded a $25 Bil contract over 10 years. There is (non-verified) speculation that VTPI products will be a part of it.

I have had shares since I first started investing, so I watch. Use caution, and do you DD. There is a VTPI thread.

Ran into a wall of silence when I hit Dimensional. I've talked to another contact in the past, and they indicated it was a shell available as a reverse merger candidate.

Look at the chart. Someone's slowly buying the float, hoping no one will notice. Always make a little end-of-day sell to look like the stock's trending downward.
