Yes, Chisy, that is the question, why? Perhaps the recent reinstatement of the suit, a material event, requires an altered registration. Perhaps the EPS spinoff has changed certain aspects of possible contract plans. Perhaps Carl Berg is lending the company money and they are delaying any further dilution by a public offering. Call FRB and see what they say.
