The Setup: Take the shell of a non-profitable insurance company, announce the usual "exclusive marketing" deals with AOL CNET LYCOS etc, via paid analyst "coverage" as the Chairman (majority owner) unloads into the "news" during a runup from 3 to 6 to 34

The refreshingly revealing SEC filings indicate major dilution and more classes of stock and converts than rationally required. A creatively complex puzzle.

Earnings rumored Friday.
Lots of delusional longs.
Minimal short presence.

For those that followed my Buy Long of GS, first in the low 70's then in the high 60's - you may now exit with a profit if you wish with approx 3pt profit..
