I am hearing information that Heads of agreement in process of being signed.Contracts will be signed end of next week. A friend is expecting $10 in the next 7 days and $20 after the contracts are signed and announced. This is what I have been told, and as always, do your homework on this Has anyone else heard of this?

ODD! - I'm trying to buy MUCP at 12:18 EST. The ask is at 3 13/16 and I've had an order in for half an hour at a limit of 3 7/8 and it doesn't get filled. Time and sales shows no buys or sells for last 20 minutes. Are market makers getting scared?
