Dusty,

No doubt that the war crimes investigators are
in Skopje to look into reports that NATO has been
using GBU anti-armor cluster bombs with delay and
vibration triggers (in clear violation of the Geneva
Convention). I bet they also want to investigate
the deliberate targeting of Yugoslavian Journalists
and television stations (in clear violation of the
Geneva Convention and a war crime).
