WW, You don't know who owns all the stock. Its purely conjecture on your part. You "presume" a lot. But until the law takes its course you can't "presume" anything. You don't know if this is a scam. Nor do I. A lot of businesses fail for one reason or another. It is not illegal for a corporate director to make a bad business decision, Its just that a bad business decision that may have had an adverse effect on the business. Here you have a company and shareholders that has lost 3/4 of a billion presidents portraits. Of course there will be an inquiry. I "presume" that a lot of you here will be called. I'm just a small investor that benefited from Ed Soloman's actions. So far the press releases has been honest. If there is something else I to would like to know. Bob
