If any stock is ripe for a short squeeze its RMBS. I don't think that's all what's going on. I think some fund is taking a stake. Large buying out of MSCO. In addition, some very nice institutional buy interest so far. thomsoninvest.net FWIW

This device incorporates both over-temperature and over-current protection. Additional features of the TC1268 include ultra low noise, very low dropout voltage (typically 350 mV at full load), and a fast response to large step changes in load current. The TC1268 is ideal for applications involving RAMBUS(TM) memory modules because of its very fast turn on response (5 usec typical), when released from shutdown to the fully enabled operating mode.
