The potential problem with Go2 having a brokerage business is that it gives more credibility to those plaintiffs who claim that sites like SI have liability for erroneous posts , eg, it would tie the posting of a rumor on a stock to the actual purchase of such stock. SI is already a defendent in such a lawsuit.
