But since we are on the topic, why is it that you haven't been served? And how do you interpret that fact?

I'm tempted to say that I think it's because they don't actually mean to prosecute this suit. Though of course that opens doors to many possibilities.

Only the day before yesterday I got an email from people at Prentice Hall, asking me to do an article for a Renaissance dictionary. If they can find me, why can't BW?
