<<all it can see is what happened to SEEK after the DIS tie-up
SEEK is a lousy money losing operation, but the big boys wont see that
they've somehow tied CNET,XMCM, GE to SEEK,DIS.
>>

This situation is different. Snap was not CNET's only asset. Maybe the best one, but not the only one. And with a lot of cash on hand they can continue building their little empire.
Besides it will take a lot of red ink out of CNET's books, leaving them with 13% ownership of a possibly 5-10 billion dollar company. Which is also pretty good.

<<down in up markets,
just sinks in down markets>>

After a 20% rise in one day on a high volume its giving up a little on low volume. I wouldn't read much into this.

No offense, but if this your analysis and your serious, you are going to leave a lot of money on the table. Sorry you sold your calls.. unless they were May calls...

I myself just bought June calls.. and as long as the internet market doesnt tank again, will be benefiting from a split run in the next 2 weeks.

I dont know how you compare piece of crap Infoseek to CNET but ok... whatever LOL
