Kevin, we know that the conversion date is December 29, 1999 so PLCOP can be converted then at 6-to-1. No worries here. Just watching PLOCP catch up to PLCO, which should lead it toward 10. . .then when PLCO goes to 3 on next news, then PLCOP should head toward 18 . . .

Since company wants to be re-listed on Nasdaq, they would like to see the common stock over about 6 this year. . . and probably have plans to help it get there. . . at 6, the pfds are worth 36 upon conversion.

Like I said last night. . . this is the easiest trade I have ever made.

RE: FILM, I think that many realized that FILM was a 2 man family operation that bought some of PLCO and a few other companies. . .but that PLCO was the real jewel. . . I think they sold FILM and bought PLCO. But who can ever be sure about things like that?
